The Near Word

But what does it say? “The word is near you, in your mouth, and in your heart”; that is, the word of faith, which we preach: — Romans 10:8

For with the heart, one believes unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation. — Romans 10:10

So faith comes by hearing, and hearing by the word of God. — Romans 10:17

I will also give you a new heart, and I will put a new spirit within you. I will take away the stony heart out of your flesh, and I will give you a heart of flesh. I will put my Spirit within you, and cause you to walk in my statutes. You will keep my ordinances and do them. — Ezekiel 36:26
